At NordicaGolf, we are investing in a new workshop in Malmö, equipped with modern and industrial machines for the construction of custom fit clubs.

We are looking for a junior club maker who wants to develop in the craft behind custom golf equipment. The role suits you if you have a technical interest, enjoy meticulous work, and want to excel in details – even if you do not yet have extensive experience in club building.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Building and assembling custom fit golf clubs according to given specifications.
• Working in the workshop with modern and industrial machines.
• Cutting, assembling, gripping, and making simple weight and length adjustments.
• Participating in quality control to ensure that each club meets NordicaGolf's standards.
• Performing service, adjustments, and simple repairs.
• Collaborating with custom fitting specialists and the workshop team.
• Developing towards greater responsibility as your experience grows.

Who we are looking for:

• Has an interest in golf, equipment, or technical precision work.
• Is meticulous, structured, and quality-conscious.
• Enjoys practical work and working with their hands.
• Has some experience in a workshop, assembly, or technical work
• (golf-related experience is a plus but not a requirement).
• Wants to develop long-term in club making and custom fitting.
